Learn about the services WIC offers through the Welcome to WIC video series.

Follow the steps below to complete your Welcome to WIC orientation.
Step 1: Watch all six videos below.
Step 2: Let your WIC counselor know when you have completed watching all six videos.
Step 3: Ask your WIC counselor questions about the information shared.

The WIC Fruits and Vegetables Benefit is a cash-value benefit. You may buy fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables up to the dollar amount on your card. If the amount you buy is greater than the benefit on your card, you can pay the extra cost with another form of payment.

When you view the “Your Rights and Responsibilities” video, you are agreeing to follow the regulations for the WIC program. After watching the video, your WIC counselor will have you sign the Rights and Responsibilities form.
